Shipping Process

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you'll receive an email with instructions for packaging your knives securely.

  2. Packaging: Please use the packaging we provide. We provide a sturdy box, blade sheaths, and extra padding.

  3. Shipping Labels: A prepaid shipping label will be included in your kit to make returning your dull knives easy. Return shipping for sending in your dull knives is included at no extra charge. 

Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs are included for all of our subscription customers for the continental United States.

  2. One-time knife sharpening customers will be charged a $5 flat fee to cover shipping both ways. 

  3. An extra one time fee of $10 may be charged to customers in US territories, Alaska, or Hawaii for either subscription or one-time service.

Shipping Timeframes

  1. Processing: 2-3 business days to sharpen your knives.

  2. Transit: Please allow for between 3-7 business days each way within the continental United States. Tracking information will be provided.

International Shipping

  1. Currently, we only serve the continental United States.

Returns & Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. Quality Assurance: All knives are thoroughly inspected and tested by our staff before returning. Contact us at hello@hellosharp.co within 5 business days of receiving your knives if you're not satisfied with our service. 

  2. Resharpening: We offer a complimentary one time re-sharpening should the edge not meet your expectations. We simply ask that you pay a $10 shipping fee. Knives must be in the same condition you received them. 

  3. Non-returnable Items: Knife sharpening services & gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable items. 

Return Shipping

  1. Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for complimentary one-time resharpening. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. Shipping Insurance: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  1. Amendments: Hello Sharp reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
